Our resident Hearing Aid Audiologist in King's Lynn is Anne Scott-Wilson RHAD MSHAA. Anne has been in the hearing aid industry for more than 16 years. She started her career working Boots where she held a senior management position and was also the Company's Clinical Auditor.

After working for a national company Anne decided that she could offer her patients more time and care, along with a greater focus on their particular requirements by working for a smaller independent practice, that has this philosophy at the core of it structure. Working for a family run independent business like Sound Advice Hearing Anne is able to offer more professional time and use her vast experience to help her patients to hear to their full potential. She feels this is not always possible working for the larger companies where the amount of time and personal touch, along with good old-fashioned values are sometimes lost. With her experience and access to all the different hearing aids she is confident in making a real difference and improving the quality of her patient's lives. Along with her receptionist Karen White, they provide a friendly, informative and caring service that is second to none.

Anne is a fully qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist registered with the Health & Care Professions Council and is a member of both the British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists (BSHAA) and the Association of Independent Hearing Healthcare Professionals (AIHHP).

Like all of the Hearing Aid Audiologists working for Sound Advice Hearing, Anne is a Clinical Ear Care Practitioner, providing a comprehensive clinical earwax removal, advice and wax management service. She is trained to perform instrumentation, irrigation ad micro-suction, which she trained to do at Blackburn Hospital.

Unlike some companies we feel it is important at Sound Advice Hearing to be able to offer all of our patients a full range of wax removal solutions, not just one. This is because clinically, it may be that one method may be more beneficial than another, or it may be necessary to carry out a combination of procedures to ensure safe and proper removal.

anne-scott-wilson
